Originally drawn to a more traditional aesthetic, we collaborated extensively with the Saenz Family to produce a contextually sensitive residence without sacrificing the family’s needs and desires. The result: a warm, bright home that respects the history of the neighborhood while balancing the comfort and style of a transitional home.
